Gas Metering Services

We are a registered and certified Meter Asset Manager (MAM). We pride ourselves on being experts in what we do and provide a first-class meter asset management service.

Our metering team is based in Horley, Surrey and provides operational and administration services for several metering activities. Our staff have many years of industry knowledge and expertise to advise and deliver operational metering activities including design, installation, maintenance and emergency response across all system pressure tiers. We offer a 24-hour query and job booking line, and an office-based technical team that is ready to assist with all metering related queries.

We are currently MAM to around 175,000 legacy gas meters within our geographical footprint and we also provide national Smart MAM services on an exclusive basis to a Big 6 supplier. This portfolio has now grown to over 500,000 meters.

As part of our combined service agreements, we offer Meter Asset Provision (MAP) services for all sizes and designs of meters.

We procure the metering assets and equipment on behalf of energy suppliers. Our strong preference is to provide a bundled MAM, MAP and AMI service, although we are able to work flexibly to meet individual client requirements.
